Early Warning Signs of Project Distress for Electrical Contractors
This manual represents a methodology of documenting key events and information that will allow senior managers to quickly and efficiently observe unfolding situations that will potentially affect the electrical subcontractors’ performance. A Project Distress Diary (PDD) that is updated weekly and retained at the site becomes the repository of the key events on the project. The information in the PDD is easy to assemble.
