The Fundamentals of Contract Risk Management
This publication describes fundamental concepts in contract risk management. It assists the electrical contractor in several ways. It focuses attention on selected clauses contained in the contract. These selected clauses are discussed focusing on the key elements of each clause. A project specific methodology for relating contract risk to project risks and the economic exposure created by the contract and the project is presented.
