ELECTRI International’s Talent Initiative is a positive force in creating a talent pipeline for electrical contractors who want to hire qualified college graduates to sustain and grow their businesses.

Electrical contractors and EC industry partners need well-educated electrical managers who are prepared to deliver electrical construction projects effectively and profitably in today’s competitive market.

To help build interest in the electrical construction industry, ELECTRI International works closely with NECA Chapters and educational institutions throughout North America to attract the “best and brightest” to the industry from among Construction Management and Engineering students and graduates. The young professionals who participate in ELECTRI’s Talent Initiative projects enter the workforce with enhanced work-ready skills and knowledge of the electrical construction industry and are ready to make immediate contributions to their employer’s bottom line.

The Talent Initiative, offers both encouragement and direct support for NECA Student Chapters to stimulate their participation in EC industry initiatives through programs such as the Green Energy Challenge and Student Community Service Initiative.
