ELECTRI International has a duty to its contributors to demonstrate the honest and lawful use of its financial resources for its program agenda and operations.

The Audit Committee works closely with ELECTRI staff to ensure proper management and reporting of all income and expenditures. In addition, the committee helps ensure that ELECTRI meets its obligation to the Internal Revenue Service for the designation it has been granted as a non-profit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization to which charitable contributions may be made, as provided by law.
