ELECTRI International has completed its study on the feasibility of an industry-wide cooperative initiative to address waste reduction in the electrical construction supply chain. The overall goal has been to determine industry interest in working together as a group, facilitated by ELECTRI, to address waste issues and explore best practices for the supply chain. Electrical contractors, distributors and manufacturers provided their insights on supply chain waste and how best to move forward to address these issues.

Fazio International Ltd. conducted the interviews and analysis and prepared its findings and recommendations for ELECTRI.
