Document Crunch and ELECTRI endeavored to improve this partnership in 2023 building on it’s earlier report. Rather than collect contracts from ELECTRI Council members manually as it did in 2022, Document Crunch created a specific product in its platform and invited Council members to use this product. Upon uploading their contracts in the normal course of business, they had access to Document Crunch’s core contract intelligence, and also to the results of the 2022 study. This enabled them to understand, in the normal course of business, how terms in their current contracts compared to the 2022 benchmarking standards and results).

These improvements to this partnership have yielded a much bigger use case in 2023. For example, more than 300 ELECTRI participants used the ELECTRI product within the Document Crunch platform in 2023. With 39 NECA chapters uploading more than 700 contracts from 300 participating contractors across the country, our partnership has yielded amazing results in 2023. The Document Crunch team has held more than 50 individual and group training sessions that have empowered participating contractors to supercharge their contract and risk review process. The collaborative nature of the system, combined with the custom insights from ELECTRI, enable teams to be proactive about managing contract risk and avoiding traditional pitfalls.
