Tool and Material Control Systems

Keeping track of tools and materials is a major problem for electrical contractors. The results of haphazard control systems are:

  • Higher costs – to replace lost equipment or tools, or to buy unneeded materials which might inly be “buried in the warehouse.
  • Personnell costs – less efficient use of staff to remedy problems that could be solved another way.
